Fluffy mini pizzas baked in the electric oven, perfect when we can't use gas.
What do we cook when we're on a "no gas" regime? Mini pizzas! They are fluffy, quick to make in the electric oven, and much better than any store-bought option. 😋
🛒 Ingredients
- Flour: 500 g
- Warm water: 400 ml
- Yeast: 1 packet (active)
- Salt: 9 g
- Toppings: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, olives, corn (or whatever you have in the fridge).
👩🍳 Preparation
- The dough: Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and warm water. Knead well until you get an elastic dough that stays slightly sticky.
- Proofing: Let it rest in a warm place for about an hour until it rises nicely.
- Shaping: Remove the air from the dough and cut it into small pieces. With well-floured hands, flatten each piece and gently stretch the edges until you form a mini crust.
- Assembling: Place the crusts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce, sprinkle plenty of mozzarella and add the rest of the toppings.
- Baking: Bake everything at 230°C, top and bottom heat with fan, for 15-20 minutes.
