π₯ Flatbread Dough:
- 500g flour
- 370ml lukewarm water
- 7g dry yeast
- 9g salt
π Preparation: Knead the dough well and let it rise for an hour until it doubles in volume.
π Chicken Filling:
- 500g chicken breast (cubed)
- 1 finely chopped onion + 4-5 cloves of minced garlic
- 50g butter (for sautΓ©ing)
- 200ml water + 150ml tomato sauce
- 100ml cooking cream
- Spices: chicken mix, sweet smoked paprika.
π How to make: SautΓ© the onion and garlic in butter, add the chicken until it turns white, then the water and spices. Cover and cook for 15 min. Add the tomato sauce (another 10 min uncovered), and finally the cream. Let it cool!

- Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
- Roll out each piece very thin on a floured surface.
