- 800g puff pastry dough
- White chocolate spread
- 1 egg, beaten for finishing

- Preparation: Unroll the pastry sheet and spread the white chocolate exactly on half of it.
- Assembly: Fold the plain half of the dough over the chocolate-spread half.
- Dividing: Cut the dough into equal strips using a pastry roller.
- Shaping: Take each strip, stretch it slightly, and roll it tightly into a swirl shape.
- Baking: Place the swirls on a baking tray with parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg.
- Finishing: Bake for 35 minutes at 190°C until golden brown.
